Alley Cat started in 2016 in Oakland, California. Since then, we have grown to cover Contra Costa, Marin, and Alameda counties.

I got quotes and preliminary inspections from 6 different professional rodent control companies for a very severe double infestation at our home (attic and basement). Alley cat's inspectors were the most informative and were able to explain why certain parts of the quoted work (ie replacing attic insulation) were actually super important if we wanted to actually fix our rodent issue. They were also able to bring their quote down to be competitive with the next highest quote, and none of the other businesses offered the 3 year warranty that alley cat had, which shows you how seriously they stand behind their work.
Spring of 2021 - found rat poop in the garage, needed it to get fixed quickly because of a baby that was on the way. Got a couple quotes, Alley Cat had the best guarantee, so we went with them. A team of people came to clean out all of the poop and everything from all the spaces (attic, under the house, etc.), they sealed up all the places on the walls of the house where rats could enter and covered them with a wire mesh/fencing. Cracks and things that were on the ground were filled in with a black substance to prevent them from getting back under. They also set traps to catch anything that was hiding. Got everything cleaned out and sealed up in 1 day. Someone came back maybe about a week later to check traps/see if we found any new poop anywhere. We hadn't.
It's been about 1.5 years, and so far, no rat problems since we got their service.
