I would highly recommend Bay Area Cabinet supply to anyone based on a superior level of service. My wife and I redid our kitchen in the fall of 2021 and this was the first time going through a renovation. Cabinets can be an absolute labyrinth but Rachelle helped us successfully navigate the process. She was incredibly patient at every step and also provided incredibly helpful advice that showed her expertise. The design she put together showed great attention to detail and ensured a complicated design came together without gaps or mistakes. She was proactive in communication which stands in contrast to most vendors who only follow up after you contact them multiple times. She helped us navigate the replacement of a piece that was broken upon delivery which to be clear was a fault of the delivery and not Bay Area Cabinet Supply. Finally the value and quality of the product was high and they were not pushy on add ons. This experience was a stark contrast to getting a second opinion from Lowe's.
We are in love with our new kitchen - especially our Decora and Schrock cabinets! Keri and Rachelle were a pleasure to work with every step of the way (and they are also very fun to talk to!). They helped us pick out our cabinets, improve our kitchen cabinet layout, and were extremely helpful with any questions we had along the way.
