The Children’s Education & Transportation Fund, a reimbursement bus fund established by the Blackhawk Museum Guild, provides school groups from around the Bay Area funding for the transportation costs to the Museum. Over 150,000 students have attended the Museum in the last 18 years, and with free programs that are targeted at every age group, there will be many more in the coming years. To learn more about the school programs that are offered here at the Museum, please contact programs@blackhawkmuseum.org
Sophisticated venue to use for business events of around 100 people. My employer held a team building training event within a car show room. They had large circular tables that fits about 10 people, two screens on the left and right side of the stage. The inconvenient part for some people, is if your seat is facing opposite of the stage then you have to either turn your neck, or move you chair 180 degrees and not have a table space in front of you. They offer catering services too. This museum is located within a mall plaza with a variety of food options as well. During break time we were able to explore the rest of the museum upstairs.
Great location for events, and fund raisers. The number and quality of cars is just amazing and the cars continue to rotate in and out so you see new cars every time you go.
Three Magnificent floors of displays with a bottom floor store and themed events.
The Museum Day at The Track event has been going strong for its fourth year in a row. Participants enjoyed the Sonoma Historic Motorsports Festival from the comfort of Simraceway Performance Driving Center and took their cars on the track for a lunchtime run. Special thanks to Tony Parella and the SVRA team for the opportunity to drive laps at the Sonoma Raceway track.
