When I look in the mirror I see an old droopy dog. So I thought I'd explore my options with Dr Ronan. I chose him based on long standing local reputation and recommendations from friends. My first visit was last week.
First off, the office is very elegant yet tasteful and comfortable. The environment is warm and welcoming.
The staff is head and shoulders better than any other doctor's office I've ever been to. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and they help to soothe what might otherwise be an intimidating worrisome experience. Everyone from the front desk to patient coordinator have been friendly and sensitive.
Dr. Ronan is a very clear and concise communicator, and patient with questions. He explained my options to me in a way that made total sense and he gave me confidence to move forward. I dipped my toe in the water with Dysport injections, and I hope to see him for more treatments soon.

Blackhawk Plastic Surgery is clean and welcoming, the admin staff are attentive, and the medical staff are knowledgeable and kind. I had a breast augmentation done here four weeks ago. While I'm trying not to be a needy patient, I've been so worried about every little thing. The staff have been very understanding, responsive, accommodating, and they have never belittled me for sending worried emails at least once a week. Dr. Ronan has always been kind during our appointments and doesn't waste my time or mince words, which I really appreciate. I'd also like to give a special shout out to the nurses Erika and Sunny, especially Erika, who has fielded my late night emails with care and serious consideration.
Love this place! First off, Lia is the best esthetician around. My skin hasn't stopped glowing after I started seeing her. I go to her monthly for my hydra facials. She is very thorough and the sweetest! She recommned some amazing skincare products and my skin has never been better!
If you're looking for injections, Amanda is hands down the best! She is patient and a perfectionist which is what you want when you're dealing with your face especially. I'm a baby when it comes to needles and she makes me feel so comfortable and is so gentle.
Highly recommend these two ladies!
