We were told our Berkeley dentist no longer takes Delta Dental and then my husband got a toothache. We called 1800Dentist and were referred here all the way in San Ramon. It was the best thing that could've happened because they are knowledgeable, kind, understanding and competent. I just had a deep gum cleaning on one side and a filing on the other and they were so patient with me with my gag reflex. I had to keep sitting up throughout the procedure and they were warm and caring and didn't rush me through. My husband needs long term major work and we know we are in good hands. We will stay here and continue to make the drive because competence and warmth are well worth it!!!

I saw Dr. Sammy for the first time and she was incredible! I had a cavity that needed to be filled, and she was so kind, gentle, and thorough to make sure she got it all. She checked on my multiple times to make sure I was doing ok and not feeling any pain or discomfort. She was very courteous, and made sure she explained everything that she was going to be doing so I wasn't surprised. I was blown away by her manners, always saying please and thank you to her dental assistant. I've experienced no pain or discomfort since leaving the office and very pleased with Dr. Sammy. I'll definitely be back for any future cavities (but hopefully there is none!)
