To start off-- Samantha makes this MediSpa worth every penny. Her warm, vibrant, yet professional demeanor has created an immensely comfortable environment and experience for me (given its my first time to have even gone to a spa, and a medical spa at that). Really took the nerves off.
I went in for microneedling to address some skin concerns (weak barrier, dullness, early signs of sagging). I've had 3 sessions with Samantha over the course of months, and every session she's been most caring and considerate-- always checking and updating me, even though each session is only about 20mins-- really shows character. (Thank you Samantha!)
Lastly, majority of the staff has also been very welcoming and positive. I'll be looking forward to making this my permanent MediSpa from now on. Thank you!
Tiana is the absolute best for a hydra facial. She is super knowledgeable and professional! For all of your medispa needs I highly recommend this office!
Everyone in this office is super friendly, warm, responsive, and genuine! Love, love, love Nurse Cynthia who gives assessment truthfully! Jillian is just the best!! She acknowledges your presence as soon as you enter the door plus she is so warm hearted!! Heli is funny and is open to sharing her experiences on the different treatments! Tiana is a wonderful esthetician who is so knowledgeable with skin care! I highly recommend this MedSpa for not only the various services they provide but more importantly for the most friendly and heartwarming staff!!!
