Castro Valley Animal Hospital

My little fur babies Mina and Phoenix needed a check up so I brought them in to this lovely place. I was very pleased with the care they received. Notably, Katerina and Ronnie were most kind, helpful, and informative. Katerina was keeping me updated the entire time I was there with what was happening and what to expect next. She was very kind with all the animals and people as they arrived. Ronnie was able to answer all of my questions and was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this animal hospital. It is clean and the staff are all attentive and courteous.

Came in for routine check up and vaccines. This place is very clean and has reasonable prices. There was no wait. I came in spoke to Selina at the front desk, she was very polite answered all my questions before I committed to any service. She handed me the forms to fill out, as soon as I was finished with the paper work, I was directed into a private room. The tech came in took my pups vitals, gave vaccines and had me in and out. Although the tech let me know what I needed to do next I had forgot, when I called back I spoke to Selina again who helped me set up my future appointment for my pup next set of shots, she was very helpful figuring out what will work for my busy schedule. I will definitely be returning for any concerns I have and all my future vaccinations. Thank you for caring Castro Valley Animal Hospital!!
