We've been working to get our front yard concrete replaced for a couple years. One of those projects we just kept putting off. The stairs were all broken from tree roots, etc. We had multiple bids for the project, and also provided a 3D rendering of what it would look like when completed. Jordan came out, and discussed the plans with us. We didn't have exact measurements, so we had to work things out, and he was really helpful getting everything sorted out. The whole project took about a week and a half, so we got to know the whole team. They are very professional, and clearly enjoy the hard work they perform each day. They start early and work late. They provided great feedback on our ideas, and helped us make a few small changes, we are very happy about.
Overall, the process was very professional and smooth. Our front yard is finally being transformed from waste land to home. We can't wait to see it all finished...
Epic work done by the Concrete Visions team. We had an uneven staircase leading up to our front door that trapped water at the top and left puddles anytime it was wet outside. Plus, our driveway was cracked and buckling from water and age. A few contractors came out but none inspired confidence until I met Nick. He was great, with ideas and was easy to work with. He figured out all the math for the measurements and slope, walked me through the process, advised me to move a bunch of plants because concrete work involves big equipment + workers that are probably not going to notice my delicate posies (he was right).
The whole job took just 4 days and was amazing to watch. On day 5 the foreman came to install the lights and clean-up but ran into an issue with parts for the lights and said he'd be back once he had the parts. About a week later the lighting and railing were installed. We were away but got home at dusk and the finished project was a marvel, just beautiful to look at. Such an improvement. As if this isn't good enough, Nick sent a member of his team back to address a small issue created by someone else. Highly recommend.
