I was in need of a house painter so I searched on Yelp. I tequested some quote and I received several quotes from different companies. Joe was one among the companies who responded.

I researched ten painting companies and benefited greatly from Diablo Delta. Although a few others estimates were slightly less expensive, Diablo Delta had their act together: timely communications, great recommendations, great scheduling, expeditious and friendly crew, and an entirely seamless operation.
We had to balance the paint job with a faux lawn install. Conversing with Joe McMindes to set up the estimate was easy and he sent Joseph Jr., who did a great job of earning my confidence in Diablo Delta. Other estimates seemed almost reckless and or not well thought through (often got the deer-in-the-headlights look when I'd ask "What do you do about light fixtures? How are you going to NOT get paint on my new faux lawn? Are you licensed, bonded, AND insured?") Diablo Delta Joe Jr. always had a solid answer and never seemed like he had to make something up.
Joe Jr. recommended a low sheen as it would not show dust or dirt as much and would be easier to clean. We wanted a simple black and white; farmhouse / Japanese pagoda look - Joe Sr. recommended a Carbon Black and Swiss Coffee white... which is what we ultimately decided was the best.
Wow! We are impressed! Had Diablo Delta Painting paint the entire inside of our new house. They did it in two days. They were very very nice and very quiet. Interestingly enough.
