We were looking for options to reduce the heat on the side of our house and had a great experience with European Rolling Shutters. Our Sales Rep was very experienced which made our selection easy. The installers did a great job mounting our 20-foot wide awning. Very professional and clean. They even took a leaf blower to our side yard before they left. Now we have a remote in our kitchen that allows us to let light in the window whenever we want and create shade from the hot sun as needed. we highly recommend ERS.
The back of my home faces west (3 very large windows)....so from 12 to sunset it has direct sun....blazing hot in the summer. On recommendation from friend I contacted European Rolling Shutters. They have been in place for 12 years. I was hesitant at first because of the cost; however it has been one of the best investments I made in the home.
Recently one of the shutters stopped working. I called and within hours there was a repair crew out. They were efficient and helpful.

Had my rolling shutters repaired on Wednesday and it broke on Thursday. I called this morning and the Manager said no problem and sent out two great guys to fix the problem and they did a wonderful job !!!!
