Just had two custom pairs of glasses made at Eye Care Associates in San Ramon. The first pair is for office work and the second pair is for target practice. Both very custom and very detailed which is the main reason for this review. They are both the best pairs of glasses ever made for me. And the customer service in that store is fantastic as well. Each employee knows you and the status of your service needed or project requirements. Very happy with ECA!
**Friendly staff, great service, pleasant office**
Came in recently for an optometry check up exam. Once again, great service by really friendly people. The nice folks in the eyeglass Department gave me a free eyeglass adjustment as well. Now my glasses fit perfectly!
I've come here several times for Optometry exams, but this time I came here for an Ophthalmology visit. The doctor was able to get me in the very next day, since I had some eye irritation.
After a short wait, the doctor was able to see me. He prescribed some eye drops and gave me some other recommendations. The whole visit was very prompt and professional.
While I was there, the nice lady at the eyeglass section did a free adjustment for my eyeglasses. They really sit much better on my face now. Thank you!
I had occasion to come back again recently and have my eyeglasses adjusted. I think I managed to sit on them or something and they were really ask you. Kathy, the nice lady at the glass desk. Very quickly got them adjusted. Absolutely great service!
Dr. Neves was an awesome Dr. I came in waited only 10 minutes. I had a really red eye with pain and was referred to him. He looked at my left eye and found that I had a piece of metal flake on my eyeball. He was super cool, down to earth and talked to me like a friend and not like a cocky doctor like some are. If I lived here I would definitely come back for regular vision visits. Thanks again.
