As a former small-business owner, I have some feelings... dare I say..an aversion to business reviews (recieving ..or giving one). long story short.. I don't give bad reviews to any businesses I've had issues with. it's hard enough to run a business. people who dont know..have no idea. And if a business is truly that bad..and not the misdirected rantings of someone who woke up mad.. well..those business will go away without anyone's help.
Now, I only give reviews to places I've had really good experiences with. And it begins with people. Everyone from the front to the back are so nice, and patient, and knew their stuff. I got answers to many questions I had been thinking about.
Dr .Wu was very professional and nice. Yeah.. 'nice' matters. I can get my glasses anywhere.. I like supporting local businesses.. and their awesome staff is icing on the cake, people
And huge shout out to Ms.Luisana for letting me pester her with alot of questions lol. I'm in this area everday.. so I pop in and out. she explained all the options and helped with the eyewear selection. she's good people.
In short.. you won't be disappointed.ps-i flaked an appointment once. I'm sorry. The guilt has been insufferable
Dr. Rosner is awesome! Patient, fun to talk to, always tries to make sure my lens prescription is perfect for my needs and takes the time to explain the answers to all my questions. And the staff there are always so helpful, professional and easy to set up appts with!
Dr. Wu was extremely thorough in her exam and provided a new prescription for my glasses. I explained my vision issues and my new glasses are an exceptional improvement.
The women in the front office were also very generous, spending a lot of time answering all my questions and educating me about lenses.
Never been here before today, but received tremendous service. A screw fell out of my go to pair of glasses last night. I couldn't find it anywhere and knew Christmas Eve would be a hard day to get it replaced between work, grocery shopping, pandemic closures, etc.
For Your Eyes Only is the only shop nearby that I could even think of. Worked out perfectly and took less than a minute. Fast & friendly.
