We are so happy with our newly remodeled master bathroom! After purchasing our first home, we contacted Green Bay Remodeling for a quote to remodel our bathroom. Since the initial phone conversation with their Customer Service Department and Scheduling Department we knew Green Bay would be our remodeling firm of choice, they were professional and answered all the questions my husband and I had. As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions, which they were able to answer! They made us feel like we were in safe hands! After scheduling a free consultation, we met with Ariel. We explained to him our vision and what were our expectations. Hours after our consultation we received a Proposal from Green Bay and decided to move forward. I can say that Ariel and his team were great to work with, they provided good advice and recommendations for our renovation. He provided references for us to check and was very professional. Green Bay Remodeling did an amazing job executing our vision in just three weeks and a day! (Which was less than the time frame) They worked hard, were neat, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They provided guidance, answered all of our million questions, and were extreme perfectionists, asking my husband and me for input on how high we wanted certain things mounted (shower head, towel bars, mirror). They completely gutted our old bathroom down to the studs, removed a wall separating the vanity area from the shower and toilet, and built the bathroom of our dreams! We will use them again for our other bathroom and kitchen. I highly recommend Ariel and Green Bay Remodeling!
We hired Green Bay to complete a remodel of our condo this summer and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process from proposal through completion was handled very well. We're done! A few days ahead of schedule and on budget. Doing a full gut remodel is not for the faint of heart but with Green Bay, it is about as painless as you can find. We worked with a couple of different project managers and all of them did a great job. The team excels in communication, even when delivering the good the bad, and the ugly. I don't think you can tear half of a condo down to the studs and not find at least a couple of things unexpected, and we did. Green Bay handled these hiccups with a clear explanation of the issues and our options. The team is extremely patient, there were a couple of instances where they made recommendations and I opted for something else only to find that they were right all along. When I sheepishly came back to ask them to change it, no one said I told you so but they definitely could have! Our condo is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the final product!
