Listen. I'm not a PGA pro. I love a challenging and beautiful venue (this place more than exceeded my expectations.
Be ready to take tons of pics and pay a big bit price (ocean view).
Challenging and beautiful (greens were sanded and full of holes-Yeah! You know what it's called). Made for an interested putting game.
We were there celebrating my sons birthday. Definitely bucket list worthy.
Go play just before the sun goes down.
You won't be disappointed.

The second time I've had the privilege of playing this beautiful course. Half moon bay golf links is truly in amazing shape right now, seamless experience from the bag check in to the first hole. The only downside is that it does not have a driving range but the chipping, and putting area is well kept and pretty big.

Huge thanks to Nate Hillman for the tips on the driving ranges around the area, knowledge of the golf course, and of course his kindness and hospitality made the day extra special. Can't wait to come and play again.

A great track! The course is in excellent condition throughout. The greens are a little tricky to read, but they're true -- so it's all on you. Parking is tight (small spaces and limited space to maneuver a larger vehicle.) We played the Ocean Course this time, but they are both excellent!
