It's taken a year for me to get this review online. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing the concrete with the same plain concrete, discussed stamped concrete, and pavers with Anselmo. We thought he was very objective with his thoughts on the pros and cons of the options. We chose pavers.
We are very, very happy with our pavers on the driveway. A year later, we are still getting compliments on how nice the driveway looks.
Yes, it took a while for the work to begin. Jackhammering up the old concrete is noisy and annoyed our neighbors (but squirrels annoy them too). The waiting and the noise were worth the end result.

We love our San Ramon backyard. Its simple, but clean and well done. Anselmo and his crew did a terrific job. What I appreciated most is the fact that both set-up (demolition) (Abel) and finish (Tony) crews were experienced, courteous and knew what they were doing. They have been with the company for more than 15 or 20 years. Everyone on the crew was helpful and everyone wore masks respecting the current climate in the country, something we really appreciated. The crews were there every day promptly at 7:00 to start work. They continued to work until the project was complete.
I was so happy that we were able to work with Anselmo. He helped coordinate gas line, irrigation, relocation of AC where most of the 8+companies we called required those components to be dealt with separately. If you know projects, doing those separately creates delays.
