We are a service and repair water heater company that specialize in same day installations. Our vans are stocked with parts for many different brands of water heaters and can repair most heaters on the same visit. We are tankless water heater experts. Most tankless heaters can be installed the same day to ensure you are not left without hot water! We employ knowledgeable technicians with over 18 years of experience installing and maintaining all types of water heating equipment. There isn’t a situation that we have not seen or cannot fix!
Woke up to water on the ground around our water heater. We called our warranty company and they sent Harris Water Heaters. Harris contacted us right away and had a tech at our home with an hour or so, less than 2 hours for sure.
Technician Brian with Harris immediately identified that the water heater was broken and could not be repaired. Brian called the warranty co. got approved for full replacement and got a new water heater on site with a second man to help with getting down into our basement and installed in 3 hours.
Brian gave us straightforward honest out of pocket expenses that we would have to cover that were code requirements for updated installations in our city. These upgrades were done professionally and the workmanship was clean.
We have had very good experiences with our warranty company sending competent, professional repair services (First American Home Warranty Co.). Harris kept our string of positive experiences unbroken, thanks HARRIS!
Our hot water heater went out last night, much to our chagrin. As new homeowners, and my being 6 months pregnant, the timing is LESS than ideal. Fortunately we had a robust home warranty, who referred us to Harris Water Heaters. Given that this is often treated as an emergency issue, we had a tech come out today, Randy, who could not have been sweeter. Showed him where things were, and the existing hot water heater was 11+ years old and had seen it's last leg. Randy walked me thru the procedure, the cost associated, etc, and had everything up and running in under 2.5 hours. He was incredibly patient as I asked questions, walked me thru how things worked with my home warranty provider, showed me what cost I was responsible for, and explained everything thoroughly. I can now enjoy a much needed hot shower, and i couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Randy!
Harris Water Heaters responded within a day and was prompt! I experienced other companies that had to come and make an assessment then reschedule or need parts, go to Home Depot and take all day or the week to get things done.
Harris comes ready to fix the problem once the assessment is made. They have everything on their truck. They were done within two hours and even helped with the water cleanup. They filed permits with the city, and even followed up a week later to make sure all was well...FIRST CLASS WORK!
They will be my "GO TO" company for my other properties for water heater service.
