So My Water Heater decided to break down right before it started getting cold, So I texted Rachelle to see if Diego does Water Heater Installation and to my great surprised they do so I setup an appointment for Saturday and on Sunday I had a new water heater, it's been running great for weeks now - thanks
Diego and his wife, Rachel are amazing. Of COURSE our HVAC stopped working right before a 3-digit heat wave (isn't that always the case) In addition to two other kids, we have a 6-month old and had to get the AC fixed ASAP. Rachel, Diego's wife, moved his appointments around so he could accommodate us and get over same-day.
They performed a MUCH needed maintenance on our systems and got us back up and cool in no time. They came out again same-day when a separate issue arose and took care of it in no time.
They are professional, kind and go above and beyond for their customers--thank you!
HVAC UTOR installed our AC unit about 3 years ago. Yesterday suddenly it stopped working. I called them in the morning and left a message and Rachel called me back immediately (even before the office was open) and was able to squeeze us in for a service call that afternoon. It was so hot yesterday and I was so relieved that we have a tech coming out - quick, and efficient servicing and all we needed was a servicing for our unit. It was back in action within 30 minutes. I have a note on my calendar to call them every August to get our yearly services set up. I can't tell you how much we appreciate them and their efficient services and courteous customer service that they provide. I highly recommend this company!
