Our experienced catering team provides authentic, award-winning Italian cuisine to match events of any size and budget. Pickup, delivery or full-service on-site or off-site catering is available.
Along with creating a menu and reserving a dining area befitting your occasion, our team - including our on-site Event Coordinator - will guide you in creating a customized private dining event.
There’s never any room rental fee. In addition to the dining areas listed here, the entire restaurant is available for buyout for large special events.
I have been wanting to stop in this spot for a long time to give it a try. I was most impressed with the experienced wait staff. It was cool to watch, and appreciated that they were always available but didn't hover or interrupt my dining experience too frequently.
The food was Italian fusion, the only thing I would ask is for extra sauce and cheese on the dishes. Both my dishes came with the "perfect" amount of cheese and sauce, but as an Italian from New York I prefer more of the "good stuff."
"Il Fo" has been a reliable restaurant for over 20 years for me. The staffing is great, kudos to HR and managment for that. The kitchen performs, kudos to the back of the house too!
I like the wine list, the menu, the cocktails, and the focused dessert offerings. Truly a complete dining experience can be had.
We just had a pleasant lunch here, and doing dry January, stuck to sparkling water and coffee. That worked fine, actually felt great all afternoon not fatigued from the alcohol.
Had a great, late dinner a couple months ago after a meeting in SF. Soooooo much more civilized eating in Marin than SF because of parkng and all the drugged out homeless wandering the streets of SF, which is like being in a zombie movie. Totally worth it to head over the bridge. Ahhh, I love the Marin Il Fornaio.
I had the sweetest waitress take care of my mom & me today, thank you Alessandra for your kindness & the holiday cheer you shared with us. It's rare to connect with people like this anymore!
