I visited Imagine Optometry for my yearly check up and had another great experience! The front staff is so helpful and polite and Dr. Truong is still the most thorough optometrist I've known.
Did you know September to October is a great time to use your Vision benefits? It's much easier to get an appointment during this time rather than waiting until the end of the year when people rush to use their benefits. I also don't schedule my appointments on Saturdays because that is usually the busiest day. It was easy for me to get an afternoon appointment during the same week I called in.
I still appreciate how clean this office is. Dr. Truong cleaned all of the equipment during my appointment. All of the staff wears masks. It's easy to find what you want whether that's a new pair of glasses or contacts that are comfortable to wear all day. I highly recommend this office.
This is a long-overdue review. A few years back, my son complained of seeing floaties, but appointments were full the next day. So he especially made time for us by going to work before the opening hours, just so he could check my son's eyes. I really appreciate that.
He's always patient and works well with children. My children are comfortable going to him.
