Had a gas fireplace originally installed by Jerry's in 2015 before I owned the home. Jerry came out, fixed it and gave us great advice. Both Jerry and the lady in his office were great. I had no idea that you had to do anything but put batteries in the remote. If you're as clueless as me, call Jerry when you need service.
We purchased a house a few years ago that had a gas insert fireplace installed by Jerry and the previous owners. During renovations we purchased a new faceplate and Kim in Hayward showroom was super helpful with options and gave us a fair price for what we wanted.
Initially we didn't use the gas fireplace much because our kids were too little at the time... fast forward a few years and now that the kiddos are older, running the fireplace sounds great! Except for one problem... its been three years since we last used it, so is it safe to just start up again?
I spoke with Kim again and she was quick to answer all my questions and address my concerns. She even offered to walk me through re-lighting the pilot light incase it went out. What great customer service!

Jerry installed our new fireplace a few months ago and we love it. Jerry explained details about the installation and how much time it would take and everything was on time and professional. Jerry customized a bronze colored back panel that looks great. We're very happy with all aspects of our purchase.
