JOYA yoga has so many different classes! I love the amount of classes and times that are offered, so it's always easy to find something that fits into my schedule.
I tried Yin Yoga with Elizabeth which has been one of my favorite classes, especially when it was outside at The Purple Orchid when it was warmer out. She has such a calming and accepting presence, and she moves in really natural flows throughout class that makes time seem fly by! I would absolutely take any class from her, and am thankful to have a studio close to home.
Amazing studio with great teachers and such a wide variety of classes. I've never been to a studio that teaches Bikram, HIIT Classes, Vinyasa, AND Cycle! The teachers are also all so kind, including, and motivating. It feels like a space where everyone is welcome. I'm so thankful to have found this place and if you're thinking of trying it out I would hill recommend it!
Great teachers and classes! Happy the cold towels are back! Such a nice treat after a sweaty workout!
