I had been planning to have a patio for my side and back yard. My neighbor had used David with Kodiak Construction and I was impressed with how much they did in a few days. I got a couple of bids, but I was pleased with David the most after meeting with him. He is what I describe as "old school" - pleasant/friendly, honest and informative, experienced and cooperative. We finally were ready to redo our front yard, driveway & back patio with pavers. Knowing it was a big job we wanted to make sure we found a good solid company to take on the task and we sure did! We found Kodiak on Yelp and had them come out to give us an estimate. Of the 4 companies that came out we ultimately went with Kodiak and we couldn't be happier. Dave was very responsive and made sure everything was to our liking and specifications. The workers were professional and were working hard each day they were here. The job took about 2 weeks (they didn't come everyday, weekends off) but they would stay pretty late each day they were here. They did our front walkway with stairs, driveway, back patio, artificial grass, & a bench for our fire pit with pavers. They really know what they are doing and it shows in their work. We had so many neighbors walking by complimenting our pavers too. We couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. If you need pavers done, I highly recommend Kodiak.
