Dr Ngo has been my optometrist for some time now. I'm always impressed at how she takes such a personal interest in my family and me not just my eye care.. she's amazing . When I first came to her I had had a bad experience with my previous optometrist. She totally corrected that issue and my vision has been much better.
I saw her yesterday for my annual visit and she spent well over an hour not with just vision issues but understanding my overall health.

How fortunate that we stumbled upon this optical shop. Dr Melissa Ngo was very patient and accommodating, did not rush me to make a decision, ensuring that I was comfortable with the prescription she was going to give me. When I had a question, she personally took the call. Considering my very poor myopic eyes and the necessity to see an optometrist every year, I have dealt with several optometrists. I never had one who hopped on a phone call to talk to me! Also, their customer service is superb! They answered their phones despite running a busy clinic close to year end. We dealt several times with Nichole who was very pleasant in all interactions. (Such a refreshing experience compared to the optical we went to last year who never returned calls or texts and drop-ins are not welcome.)
The optometrist I saw was Dr. Frank Zheng. He is super nice and personable. He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience in this field. He is very thorough going over all the details with me after my comprehensive eye exams. Office staff are friendly and helpful. They also have the latest and newest equipment to check on your eyes. Dr. Zheng is very patient and answered all my questions. He provided information and advice to help me understand more on my current eye status. He is by far the best optometrist I have ever met. I highly recommend his service.
