As part of our remodel I wanted to get a whole house water system that would purify the water and address the horrible hard water issue to protect the new appliances and fixtures from scale. I did a lot of research and kept coming back to Lifesource. I was impressed that it was a long term solution, maintenance free, no salt, and it treated ALL the water going into the house. So drinking and bathing are all taken care of. I was spending a fair chunk on Sparkletts delivery of big bottles of water because I was sensitive to the taste and chlorine in our tap water. Sparkletts is now cancelled. My tap water now tastes better than the bottled water. My health is dependent on the purest clean water. My water is pure without stripping valuable minerals. It doesn't scale. It gets treated for bacteria and viruses too. And it just sits there working, no worries.
My initial representative who visited my home was nice, and there was zero pressure to buy. He just presented the system and benefits, looked at the placement of the system and gave me pricing and answered all my questions. He then left it up to me. I chose to move forward. They were super flexible with my paying for it. The install happened within a week and took half a day. The installer was also great and courteous , explaining what he was going to do and minimized disruption to us having the water off. The system looks great and performs excellent.

My old LifeSource unit from 15 years ago began to leak a tiny bit. The office staff was knowledgeable and super great at customer service with followup and direction when I called in for guidance.They also arranged a technician to be at my home within a day to address and able to replace the system to include a customer discount.
Kylle installed a new system in just over an hour including greeting my 3 doggies & answering all of my questions. Professional, pleasant, expert & easy.
