Finally was able to check this Italian gem out for a birthday. The interior is simple yet so elegant, cozy yet enough space. The exterior is so inviting like I'm walking straight into Italy itself. The staff greets you at the door like your famous. They are friendly, quick and accommodating. The food is something special and DELICIOUS! I had the duck with orange glaze over risotto and ohhhh emmmm geeee left my mouth drooling! The dessert of lemon tartuffo was such a delicious ending to my meal. The drink list is excellent, the bar tender quick and friendly. The prices are great for the type of cuisine you're getting. Perfect place for a date, business, family, friends, birthdays, anniversaries, you name it it's the place to go, with parking garage right across the street makes it very accessible. Highly recommend!

We went to Massimo's a few times. One of the best Italian restaurants we've been to. Pretty much all the dishes taste amazing or very amazing. Nice and long wine list. Overall food and wine are slightly on the expensive side compared with other similar establishments.

A few observations: the host sometimes may come across as very grumpy :) (I am sure he is a great guy and also gives out a more "formal" Italian steakhouse vibe). I wouldn't recommend ordering a cheese plate, as it comes across as a bunch of cheeses from Whole Food crudely cut.
We'll be back for sure!
