My girlfriend took me here for my first wine tasting to celebrate me finishing school and it was an amazing first time! The venue is beautiful. Our guide was Rob and he was very knowledgeable about the history of Murrieta's Well and the different stages of wine making. We started off with the whip (a soft white wine) and Rob took us on a little walk to see and try the grapes before having us sit down and try the other different types of wines. We had two whites (dry orange and Chardonnay) and two reds (merlot and petit verdot) and a few different small bites of food to pair with our wines. The merlot was my favorite! This was definitely a great first wine tasting experience!
Rob was such a sweet guide. If you ever visit, please book with him!
Erika was incredibly helpful if describing the wines during my party's wine tasting and she answered all our questions with spunk and tenacity that made me feel comfortable having this been one of the first times I've attended a Livermore wine tasting experience. If it wasn't for her, I would've just given this place a 4 star as the meat and cheese board felt like something I'd buy at a local grocery store. The wine on the other hand, delectable!

It was our first time at a winery in Livermore, it did not disappoint, definitely won't be our last time. Murrieta's well is a beautiful winery with a very nice outdoor patio with stunning views.
The wines for the tasting were very pleasant, I particularly liked the whip, it was my favorite!
Our host was also very knowledgeable about all the wines and wineries in Livermore.We had an amazing experience!
