Parkside Day School is a Mandarin Immersion program for children ages 24 months to transitional kindergarten. The young child in our program is shaping and developing his mind and body, building his brain architecture and constructing knowledge through play and Mandarin acquisition.
Language is how children connect with people, build relationships, and increase self-esteem. Mandarin Chinese does not need to be the child’s first language. Children from all language backgrounds will flourish in an immersion program with caring teachers who will allow them to experiment, make decisions, take risks, learn from their mistakes and solve problems in Mandarin.
My son has been attending Parkside day school since 1.5 years old, he's built such a deep bonding with the teachers and the friends in every grade as he grows.

Parkside Day School has been very nurturing to my 27 month old daughter. From the initial consultation with the director Nicole to all the various interactions with the rest of the toddler class teachers the entire experience has been smooth and wonderful. The entire staff is super friendly, responsive to any request small or big, and very kind to recap my daughter's day anytime. In just a few short months my daughter has learned many skills she did not have prior to Parkside. I love their entire process and daily pictures of my daughter that gets sent directly to us via an app. The staff and school definitely gets my five stars! Great school, great teachers, great mandarin immersion program. New facility, school is very clean. Everyone wears indoor shoes inside and switch when they go out to play. My daughter loves all her teachers and classmates.
