Reviews

We highly recommend Primrose School in Pleasanton for early education. Our Daughter is going to this school since the day she turned 2. The staff is caring and passionate, and the facilities are clean and safe. Communication with parents is excellent, and our child's progress is well-informed. Thanks to Nikki, Falguni, Monica, Armaan, Emory and Sangeeta for everything they do!..

Thankful Parents

My 1 year old has been going here since Aug 2021 (when he was 10 months old) and just like all kids it was an intense process of onboarding him to a new set up, care takers and a routine. He would cry at every drop off and even at pick up, his cries would make me always think about my decision to switching from an awesome Montessori nanny to a school. BUT Falguni and Nikki, they helped me and my kid, both! They always took the time to talk to me and answer my worries but also took special care for my kid and send me some extra photos to make sure I am at peace with him well being at Primrose.

He quickly jumped to the Older infant room that has a set nap time of 12-3 but the staff accommodated my kid's routine as he still was taking 2 naps and would get too tired through the day without those naps so I really thank the staff and the teachers for his class rooms that always took that extra mile to help.

I agree that the app doesn't always mean real updates but in the end I am confident about the love and care my kids gets here so as long as that stays and the staff stays, I will continue with Primrose. Totally worth sending your kids for the fun Montessori style learning

We had our little one go to Primrose for more than a year and we found the environment to be very loving. Our son started in the toddler classroom and after a few months there moved to the early preschool program. In both the programs we were fortunate to get amazing teachers who genuinely cared for our son. We loved the activities they did in both the classrooms. They also read a lot, taught good habits, introduced and followed routine, and even had kids this young perform song and dance during special days where parents could participate. The early preschool teachers helped us a lot with potty training as well and we really appreciate their support and encouragement there. I really thank the teachers for sharing any interesting things our child did which made the experience very special for us. Another thing that stands out with Primrose is the way the school directors welcome each kid by their name and a big smile as soon as we enter the school. I always wondered how they remember every kid. Just shows they really care.

The only negative experience we had was the occasional churn of teachers, but luckily these were temporary. Overall we are very happy that Primrose is the way our child got introduced to the school environment.
