Reflections Dental Spa

I have been a patient at Reflections Dental Spa for about 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with the care, attention to detail, recommendations concerning hygiene and dental work that has consistently been delivered. It's very difficult to find a dentist that will listen to their patients, provide recommendations to help them make the best decisions concerning their health and this is the very thing that Reflections Dental Spa provided to me for so many years. I'm deeply satisfied and grateful for the work of Dr. Thomas and her staff. By the way, I have always been so impressed with how clean and organized the office is and greeted by friendly staff. Was taken care of by Dr Thomas and Katie today at 7:45am, 7/13/22. Excellent review from me! Sadly to say I had 3 cavities but it will help in understanding why I'm giving 5 stars. Dr Thomas was gentle, caring, and kind. Katie was on it! There every step of the way. They talked me through what was happening, did constant checks to make sure I was ok, engaged with me even though it was small talk it goes a long way. The appointment ran longer than I assumed, which is my fault but Katie helped me figure things out once, sadly to say I h
Also have to give credit to Stephanie who helped me over the phone to schedule the appointment, she was so sharp and provided great customer service.
I can't remember the name of the Dental Assistant who gave me a cleaning on my first appointment but she was amazing!
All in all, this is a wonderful one-stop shop for my dental needs. I'm happy it turned out well as a new customer and hope for the same through every appointment. Hopefully with no more cavities

Love, love, love the staff at Reflections Dental Spa. I've been coming for years! Everyone is so friendly and competent! Best part is getting the neck wrap and eye therapy during my dental cleaning! Highly recommend!
