We had our pool patio redone by Rock Solid in June. They exceeded expectations in communications, execution and results. Initially, Justin came out, thoroughly explained the process and gave us an estimate. The following week he had his crew at our place. The crew was very professional, working with us every step of the way on the design and color. Within a week it was done. Compared to jack-hammering the former surface and re-paving, this solution is less expensive, less invasive and less risky.
The day after they completed the work we were using the patio. It is much cooler than the former composite concrete surface, easy to take care of, easy to walk on in bare feet and doesn't tear them up! The result was even nicer than the marketing photos we had been shown. We are thrilled with it and highly recommend Justin and his crew!!
I can't say enough good things about the work that was done at my home, it far exceeded my expectations. I had a big old and cracked driveway in heavy need of repairs. Ted and his crew members were very professional and arrived every single day on time to get the work done. They checked with me and consulted frequently to make sure that everything was done to my expectations. It has been a year since it was done and unfortunately I had a small crack at the top of my driveway. I called to ask if his crew could come by and take a look to repair it. Before I knew it, the small crack had been taken care of while I was at work. Talk about customer service, it doesn't get better than that. Thank you again Ted I love my Driveway.
The scope of the work included about 1200 feet of pool decking and the walkway into the house. The work was on time and on budget. Pablo and his crew showed up before 8 each morning and set right to work. We were kept informed of all aspects of progress and schedule. Pablo worked with us on base color and highlighting colors as well as selecting a complimentary grout color. The process was more complex than we anticipated but it was clearly evident they were very skilled in the process. Pablo made up 4-5 color boards before we settled on one.
The entire process took 8 working days with at least 3 employees every day. Clean up was accomplished every night before they left and supplies were left in an organized manner.
We covered some 40 year old concrete and the results are spectacular. Would recommend this company to anyone.
