My truck overheated and was towed to San Ramon Auto late on a Friday afternoon. San Ramon Auto replaced my water pump and belts and I was able to pick it up the following Tuesday morning. I've been doing business with Dan for 27 years and I will say he's the most honest and competent mechanic I've ever known. Dan and Austin take customer service very seriously and I've never been sold anything I didn't need. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.
Was referred here by my realtor. Moved to the area about a year ago. Recently had my check engine light go on along with some funny transmission issues. Called ahead and they got me right in - no long waits. Pretty easy to find and very friendly easy going service. Turns out nothing was wrong with my car but they were so great about it that we took my husbands truck here for a long time oil leak he had been dealing with.
