Mario Sosa has been in the trade for 28 years. For his first 10 years he rose to a position of lead supervisor at one of the biggest companies in the bay area. Mario always requested the most complex jobs as he enjoyed the challenge and satisfaction upon completing and mastering the most difficult job. At this point, Mario felt the need to expand his passion and decided to start his own business in 1987. Mario’s goal was to pursue excellence for every job which led to many referrals. Mario was faced with a dilemma of turning jobs down or expanding his new thriving business. Soon he hired his first employee and instilled his values on him and before long Sosa Granite and Marble now has 70 employees. Mario oversees all aspects of the business, however he also made a great addition to the team in 2000 by imparting his vision and goals into the VP of the company, Mario Jr.
Together the Sosa’s plan to serve Northern California for decades to come. We offer quality marble, granite and natural stone products, sales, service, and installation throughout the San Francisco Bay area and Northern California.

I'm soooooo in love love with my new granite and outdoor kitchen!!! They made my dreams come true!! Mario Jr is a superhero and he has the most talented crew!! My outdoor kitchen was 3 granite slabs and wasn't an easy build but it is GORGEOUS!!! Now I want to do my indoor kitchen because it looks like junk. Ha!

I was feeling overwhelmed with my kitchen remodel and so glad I walked into Sosa. I immediately was greeted and asked if I needed help. Marissa guided me through their showroom and had many options to pick from that was within my budget and extremely detailed oriented. She also helped me design my project and super excited to see it in fruition.
