Established in 1981 in downtown Walnut Creek, Sunrise Bistro and Catering is committed to serving the Bay Area fresh, sustainable, housemade foods. We are committed to cooking from scratch as we make almost everything we serve in house, from the baking of our sandwich breads to the making of our own, amazing salad dressings. We are leaders in sustainable practices, and source organic foods wherever possible. We believe strongly in our real food philosophy and minimize the addition of any processed foods / ingredients.

Great go to bistro spot in Walnut Creek! My girlfriend and I came here for the first time on Thursday morning at 7:30 am. The restaurant was already full, couldn't imagine going on the weekend.
Ryan served us and was so sweet! He really made our experience special and even threw in a special desert for us too. Definitely coming back to see Ryan again!
I ordered the sunrise potatoes! Everything tasted really fresh and the bread was really fluffy.
The food was great. There are bowls omelettes and scrambles. The service was good. Nice ambiance. They have heaters outdoors.
Super yummy food and great portion sizes! I loved my Grilled Tuna Melt Sandwich. The herb bread was toasted to perfection to give the sandwich that crunch factor. The morning bun and chocolate chip banana bread was also delicious. They weren't too sweet and not too heavy either. Definitely ask them to warm them up for you to get it at it's prime ! My mom really liked her Corn Beef Hash and the eggs were poached to perfection. Lastly, I tried out their #1 best seller: the breakfast burrito. I ordered it with bacon but you can opt for sausage or ham. Super filling and had great flavor. Overall, great spot to grab lunch with a friend or family.
