My family and I have an immense amount of gratitude for Tassajara Montessori and Ms. Mona. Ms. Mona came highly recommended from past families I know, and it was their experiences that made me feel comfortable in giving a home based school a try. Their teenagers still rave about Ms. Mona and fondly remember their time with her.

Our 3yo started during the pandemic, and Ms. Mona went above and beyond to ensure the safety of the children and the teachers. It was an additional testament to how dedicated she is to her students. My son always felt welcomed and cared for, and during his 2yrs with the school he learned how to read, write, and many other unexpected advanced topics such as the 7 continents and how a plant grows. The small ratio of children to teachers and the individualized attention puts this school at the top of the list for me. Ms. Mona was always available and forthcoming with involving my husband and I in our son's progress, and we've felt consistently confident and supported with her skillset. I know these initial years have truly helped set our son up for success in Kindergarten, since he's already familiar with so much of the educational content.

Highly recommend! Our daughter has been enrolled for the past two years and next year too. We have seen tremendous growth in her reading, vocabulary and other academic skills. There are wonderful lessons the school engages in on a daily basis. Miss Mona is an excellent Montessori teacher. She helps the kids to develop in all sections of life. My daugther's English writing and math skills improved. My daugther started gardening, was more well- mannered and always looked forward to going to school. Miss Mona gives each child individual attention and makes learning fun.
