My previous dentist really left with a huge problem with my crowns for my teeth and I needed help ASAP!!
First impression: Upon entering the office, its a very nice space. Super clean and a very welcoming staff. The front desk receptionist also asked if I wanted water?! So caring. Its just little personal touches like this that make you feel welcome and the feeling that they cared about you.
The area where the dental work is done is awesome. There's little details that make you feel really welcome. They have a sign welcoming you personally to your chair. There's also a TV hanging above your chair and even has Netflix. So it was really cool to keep distracted while getting your teeth done. A+ DETAIL
Dr. Daniel and his staff were the real stars here. All of them go above and beyond to make you're safe & comfortable. Dr. Daniel was very informative and amazing at what he does. He was constantly checking if I was feeling any discomfort and adjusted if need be. You can tell he genuinely cared for the patient & for the skill for his craft. Crown replacement was a success here!! Thank you for your hospitality and awesome work.
The day after, I even got a follow up text from the office checking on status and checking if everything was great. That's honestly that really surprising to see (in a good way). Thank you to Twin Creeks Dental for such an amazing experience :)
The entire staff is amazing!! Pain free dental work, excellent prices and state of the art equipment . Dr Daniel took care of all of my dental needs at one time. I did not have one moment of discomfort during the visit and so far no pain after. I highly recommend this dental practice.
They were very accommodating and communicative when scheduling my initial exam and to preface, I'm writing this review from going to the dentist straight after a long day of work - I left feeling more relaxed than when I came in!
Dr. Daniel is very kind and patiently answered my various questions. His cleaning was very gentle and pain-free and I appreciate his approach. I got the impression he genuinely cares for all of his patients and doing what's best for them.
I have a feeling everyone who works here loves what they do, as they were entirely welcoming, calm, and even cheerful.
You can watch Netflix if you want and wear cool glasses to shield you from headlamp light.
The office is very clean and has a pleasing modern aesthetic, including a beautiful ZZ plant.
I don't have anything negative to say here and am looking forward to my next visit.
