Long story short I bought my car used and it came with some major problems, turbo issues, vacuum pump issue... and finally having to replace the engine. I can't even being to express how grateful i truly am to these guys. Quality of service is astounding and they are so genuine all around.
Very good service department. Pleased with their willingness to go above and beyond as my car is getting on in years and requiring more than just the standard oil change.
The service department goes above and beyond - they really care about customers and there is nobody I would trust more with Ford. I like OEM parts as aftermarket is an unknown and once you are in that mindset - there is no cheaper way to fix your car than to go to Ford - as other mechanics will mark up Ford parts.
Toward the end of December the service department in any shop gets flooded with last minute craze - but there are still options here. Close to Bart and very convenient for drop off.
Had many different services and diagnostics done. Very pleased with all outcomes. The new Uptown Ford in Oakland is probably closer to where I live but I would drive the extra mile to come here.
Its about time I upgrade my Ford soon and I've got my eyes open here as the whole user experience is a good one.
Purchased a Bronco Sport from Steve Ylagan. From the jump, the man exhibited incredible communication and treated us with the utmost respect. The whole building did as well when we paid them a visit.
Left with Bronco Sport and Steve took great care of us the whole way through.
All other interactions with other Ford dealerships paled in comparison. We drove out from Marin and were glad we did.
