Our seafood is supplied exclusively by Osprey Seafood Company, which is recognized as the top seafood purveyor in the Bay Area. Our relationship with Osprey is more than just business: Kevin’s brother-in-law, Mike Weinberg-Lynn, owns Osprey. This relationship, coupled with our high standards and care, guarantees our guests the kind of high-quality seafood for which the San Francisco Bay Area is famous. When we say “fresh”, we really mean it. Our seafood has never been frozen, either in shipping or processing. When we receive it each morning, we keep it in its pristine state with very careful handling. After we portion it, we keep it packed in crushed ice until we are ready to cook it for you. Please accept our apologies if we run out of your choice. Some items’ availability are controlled by restrictions for sustainable fisheries, and of course by Mother Nature.
I was in town visiting my daughter, and after a long day at Alcatraz in San Francisco we were looking for a not so loud cozy restaurant to unwind and enjoy the evening. This was the perfect choice!
Amazing service. Amazing food. Awesome ambiance. Loved it so much I bought a polo shirt for my husband.
Clam chowder was perfect. Bread was warm and soft. I ordered the linguine with clams and the cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious! The glass of wine was a great addition as well.
My son in law ordered the Maine lobster roll with a side of potato salad, no complaints on his behalf!
Nearest parking structure is about a block away unless you find street parking.
I highly recommend a reservation. But if you're brave enough to just walk up, you might get lucky and find bar seating. If not, the wait will be very well worth it. I personally cannot wait to go back.

Walnut Creek Yacht Club is always my go to spot for a great dinner. They make the best martinis! We started with a few little fun surprises from
Chef Kev. Scallop crudo with a ghouchang sauce (think of spicy sweet Korean bbq sauce) and crispy brussel sprouts with a siracha buttermilk sauce and crab! Yum!!! All the flavors are like an explosion of tastiness. We had the calamari, (which I think is the best around)- crisp and perfectly seasoned. We split a lobster roll. Huge chunks of lobster in a buttery bun with the best garlic fries. The crab cakes were STUFFED full of crab. Love WCYC -- eating dinner with great friends at Walnut Creek Yacht Club.
Yummy oysters and a really delicious clams pasta! Happy to have stumbled upon this place while out and about in Walnut Creek. We also tried the tuna grilled and it was so fresh!
