This is a place I wish I had tried sooner. The medium sashimi assortment was a perfect size for 3 people to share. I loved how they fried the large fish head at the end of our dinner. It was crispy and a great conclusion to our meal.
The uni shooter is a must-have. It had so much uni in it, and it tasted smooth, sweet, and fresh. In my opinion, it was more of a cocktail then a shooter. The drink was fantastic and I would probably always order it when I go in the future.
Came here for the first time, must say was reasonably packed for a Saturday evening.
Food was great will definitely come back for great rolls and sashimi.

I took our adult son here for lunch as we were craving sushi. The food was fantastic! We shared several items including the WTF, Rainbow roll, 49er, the crunchy tuna roll, spicy tuna and salmon roll. The service was fast and pleasant. Each roll was excellent and fresh. It was our first time here and I highly recommend Wasabi Bistro. I would definitely come back again.
