In October I needed my water heater replaced, called water heaters only as my friend referred them with flying colors. Came to the house with a replacement heater, same brand and model that i currently had, in case i was ready to have the heater replaced. Daniel, the water heater specialist was outstanding, he was friendly, super knowledgeable, did a great job, even explaining specifics as the job proceeded. Daniels work was flawless. Price was very reasonable. Very happy customer and would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends.
Had WHO to install a Rheem water heater in May 2015 but water leak happened days ago ( I think I am out of luck to get a lemon one? ). WHO sent Chris to take care of this case.
Chris explained the issues in detail, and try the best to get a new one in a reasonable price. The whole replacement went well , Chris provided quality work , checked every single connection in detail. Thanks
My 10 year old water heater has a problem. The pilot light won't stay on, even after replaced a thermocouple. I called Water Heaters Only and they sent out technician the next day to fit my schedule. John Aguirre is a great technician, very polite and professional. Not only he did not complain about my water heater location is above average height, he also explained about the extended warranty in great detail about what will be or not covered under warranty. Within 2 hours, John has completed the new water heater installation. I'm very pleased and highly recommend this company.
