Additional Information
YMCA Preschool at Gale Ranch offers a wide variety of enrichment programs for your child to enjoy. Our very own Math and Science, Music and Movement, and Language classes are offered to all the children once a week for free with enrollment. Our Tiny Techs Computers and Tuff Tumblers are also offered at an additional small fee per session.
We use the Houghton Mifflin Pre-K Curriculum, which is coordinated with San Ramon Valley Unified School District. Once our students enter Kindergarten, they will already be familiar with the Alphafriends and that type of curriculum.
YMCA Preschool at Gale Ranch - Our YMCA Preschool offers a variety of age appropriate activities that focus on character development. Activities are planned to provide the right balance of learning, enjoyment and readiness to enter kindergarten. Through independent exploration, structured activities and hands-on learning, children will work on early literacy, math, science and social studies concepts. A healthy dose of gross motor activities help to keep the children active.
